With at least 640 options to choose from it can be a challenge to decide which muscles you want to work on any given day. Should I do them all? Which ones can I skip? Do they all matter? Sometimes a little guidance can reduce a lot of stress.
Flexibility & Elasticity
Joint pain? Knotted muscles? Atypical posture? The vast majority of the things that ail us stem from our soft tissue's relationship with our skeleton. Some days you don't need a soul-crushing interval workout; maybe some TLC is just what the doctor ordered.
